Lamar has been struggling with drug addiction and went unconscious after an overdose whilst seeing two prostitutes at the Bunny Ranch in Nevada.
Khloe had been taking care of Lamar ever since his meltdown and assisted in nursing him back to recovery.
Speaking on an upcoming episode of her chat show Kocktails with Khloé, she said:
